It discusses how one should “Go Easy on Yourself” and to remember that self-compassion can help with accepting yourself for the unique person that you are. Self-compassion and self-acceptance is one of the first steps to enjoying life as it is now: not berating yourself for not doing better in school, gaining weight, or low self-esteem. At times, it can be hard to know who you really are, right? But that’s OK. “Go Easy on Yourself” and your day will thus be a little easier too.
