Don’t get into the habit of taking an afternoon nap. It messes up your bio-rhythms. It’s a much better use of your time to sleep at night and stay awake during the day. Get some noise reduction tools, if necessary – a fan, earplugs, headphones, etc. Make sleep a priority, but good sleep! Sleep deprivation is a deal breaker.
