If you’ve ever wanted to lose weight, lose body-fat, change the shape of your body and get healthier but were confused by all the diets, tabloids and infomercials on the best way to achieve it…we’ve got an answer for you!

From the writer of Lose Fat Forever & The Bermuda Triangle Diet, and the host of 2 Your Health on Channel 2 News (WGRZ), owner of Alessi Fitness, Derek Alessi Ph.D will show busy individuals how to exercise in minimum time for maximum efficiency, and how to incorporate supportive nutrition into a healthy lifestyle. Participants will never have to diet again — and eating pizza and ice cream is a must every week! Since 1979, the Food Bank of WNY has proudly served the emergency food needs of Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. With your help, the Food Bank is able to deliver over 13 million pounds of food annually to over 90,000 families. With the current economic conditions, resources are stressed to capacity and more support is needed and appreciated.
