For some people this is yoga. Pass on that super crazy boot camp kick your ass workout, and instead pledge for some quiet time in a yoga class designed to relax and stretch you out. Forgo that long run (unless that feels really relaxing to you) for a nap or a slow walk in the park. You’re doing enough running around. Give your body (and your mind) a break.
