Time Management Expert’s Tip of the Month – April

When is your peak energy time? Plan to do projects and tasks that require concentration during your peak energy time. Schedule activities that require little concentration during your low energy times (cleaning, decluttering, laundry, and other mindless or repetitious tasks.

If you find your energy waning, take a few minutes to go for a walk, walk up and down a few flights of stairs, surround yourself with nature – a change of scenery is energizing.
