This month try vowing one and only one thing to yourself—that you will play as much as possible. That means romping around in the snow, playing a game of pick-up basketball, singing in a choir, or becoming a bowling addict. The goal here is physical activities without a heart rate monitor and you reconnecting with your joy. Too often we can become exercise automatons, forgetting that our bodies can actually be vehicles for tons of fun. If you lose weight in the process of rocking out at your African dance class, cool, but it isn’t the goal. Joy is the goal!
