Time Management Expert’s Tip – December

Make sure you are scheduling in time for yourself during this very busy month!! If you have filled your schedule with activities that don’t contribute to your passions and priorities, eliminate them to reduce your stress. But don’t eliminate some time each day for yourself – take a walk, play a game of basketball, give yourself a pedicure, read a book, watch your favorite TV show. Fight burnout with moments to relax!
